BOJ Kuroda Says Econ Fundamentals Solid Despite Market Rout (by Reuters)

TOKYO — Bank of Japan Governor Haruhiko Kuroda said on Tuesday the fundamentals behind stock prices remained solid as the Japanese, U.S. and European economies were in "very good shape."

東京。日銀黒田東彦は、火曜日に、日本、アメリカ、ヨーロッパの経済は“とても良い状況”にあり、株価の背後にある根幹はしっかりしたままであると述べた。

"The recovery (in these economies) is broadening across sectors and the outlook remains good as a trend," Kuroda told parliament, adding that the central bank was carefully watching financial market developments.

“景気回復（これらの国々での）は業界の垣根を越えて広がっており、見通しは、傾向として良い”と国会で述べた。日銀は金融市場の動向を注意深く見守っていると足した。
